White Tropez Rose

A rosé wine from the heart of Provence — pale pink with silvery reflections, aromatically precise and lively on the palate.

Domaine Tropez works with classic Provençal grape varieties: 70% Grenache for body and fruit, 20% Cinsault for freshness and elegance, and 10% Rolle for floral depth. This trio has been tried and tested in this region for centuries—it's no coincidence that it defines the style of White Tropez.

On the nose, the wine displays mango and passion fruit, complemented by white peach and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the texture is silky, the acidity crisp and well-integrated—not a heavy, sweet rosé, but a wine with drive and minerality on the finish. The finish lingers.

Domaine Tropez

Domaine Tropez is a personal story: In 1996, at the age of 25, Grégoire Chaix took over his grandfather Tropez Beraud's vineyards on the Saint-Tropez peninsula – and named the winery as a tribute to him. On approximately 40 hectares, divided into about 40 individual parcels between Ramatuelle, Gassin, and La Croix Valmer, wines are produced that embody the best of the Côtes de Provence: Mediterranean warmth, proximity to the sea, and clay-limestone soils. Chaix cultivates without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, harvests the grapes by hand, and consistently uses screw caps to ensure the freshness of his wines. An independent winemaker with a distinct style.
