Viognier

Viognier
A white wine made from Viognier, the grape variety of the northern Rhône Valley – known for its rich aroma profile of white peach, apricot and orange blossom.
Domaine Mira Luna vinifies this Viognier with a focus on clean fruit and aromatic depth. In the glass, it displays the typical characteristics of the variety: a floral nose, full body, moderate acidity, and a long, slightly oily finish.
Serving temperature 10–12 °C. Goes well with seared scallops, chicken with saffron sauce, mild goat cheese or Asian dishes with coconut milk.

Mira Luna – the name sounds like night, moonlight, and the quiet rustling of the vineyards. Coming from France, this winery stands for wines that tell more than just their vintage. These are wines that you don't just drink, but that make you pause for a moment – as if you were actually looking over quiet rows of vines under a clear night sky.
What excites us about Mira Luna is the palpable signature behind every drop. Here, wine is not vinified for mass taste, but with a view to the place, the vine, and the moment. Every bottle seems like the result of a conscious decision rather than a compromise – characterized by patience in the vineyard and restraint in the cellar, so that in the end exactly what the landscape itself has to say ends up in the glass.
Let yourself be surprised by these wines – preferably with a good glass in your hand when the evening slowly gets cooler and there is time for the quiet tones. Mira Luna is not a wine for a quick sip in between, but for moments when you take the time to taste carefully.
