Organic Provence PDO virgin ripened olive oil

A native olive oil from Provence – with protected designation of origin (PDO) and organically certified farming of Domaine Mira Luna.

The oil is pressed from hand-picked, fully ripe olives – the late harvest yields milder, fruitier aromas with less bitterness and a smoother finish than earlier-harvested varieties. The Provence PDO guarantees controlled origin and traditional processing in the region.

Rounder and softer in character than Tuscan oils: ripe yellow fruit, almond notes, and a slightly spicy herbal finish. Ideal for vinaigrettes, tapenade, drizzled over grilled vegetables, or for wiping goat cheese. Pairs well with a glass of rosé from Provence or a mineral white wine from the Languedoc. Not suitable for high-heat frying – its flavor is most pronounced when used cold.
