Valdo Cuvée 1926 Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Valdo Cuvée 1926 Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry
Valdo's 1926 Cuvée is the signature sparkling wine of the Valdobbiadene estate — named after the year the winery was founded in the Colli Trevigiani. As a Prosecco Superiore DOCG, it comes exclusively from the core area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
Extra Dry here doesn't mean dry, but rather a slight residual sweetness of around 15 g/l — this gives it its approachable style: fine, persistent bubbles, aromas of white peach, pear and acacia blossom, and a soft finish. The Glera grape dominates: fresh, light and uncomplicated.
It makes a good aperitif, and also pairs well with light antipasti, salmon carpaccio, or desserts with fresh fruit. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.

Since 1926, the Valdo family has been at home in the hills of Valdobbiadene – the heart of the Prosecco world. From a small winery, they have grown a synonym for exceptional sparkling wines that combine tradition and modern cellar technology. The secret? The steep vineyards between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, the Glera grape thrives under ideal conditions. Sustainable viticulture, gentle vinification, and the traditional Charmat method result in Proseccos with vibrant freshness, elegant bubbles, and the authentic taste of Veneto. Valdo – the true soul of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene.
