The Two Vines Merlot presents itself in a warm cherry red with a purplish sheen. The aroma is seductive with clearly defined berry fruit (raspberries, blackberries), harmoniously complemented by delicate toast and oak notes. Taste: initially fruity on the palate with juicy berry aromas and a velvety fullness; as it develops, elegant roasted notes and subtle hints of spices, coffee, and dark chocolate become noticeable; very balanced and smooth with a beautiful length. Serving suggestion: with roasted lamb and beef, spicy pasta dishes, or medium-strength soft cheeses.

Columbia Crest, founded in 1983, is an American winery located in Washington State, a three-hour drive from Seattle. Situated along the Columbia River and sheltered by the Casade Mountains, the region offers ideal conditions for viticulture. These conditions are further enhanced by the climate, characterized by a controlled water supply and ample sunshine. A diverse range of grape varieties are cultivated on 2,500 hectares of vineyards, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah.
