The old, traditional Alberello training system protects the grapes from the intense sunlight, but it reduces yields to as little as half a kilo per plant and makes the use of machinery impossible. The salty sea breeze and the many hours of sunshine create ideal conditions for natural cultivation. The "terre Vecchio Vigneto" is a wonderfully smooth and exceptionally fruity red wine blend from Apulia. Aged for 14 months in a combination of new and used barriques. Available upon request in a case of 6 bottles in the original wooden box.
