The grapes ripen to the limit of what is possible before they are harvested. After vinification, the wine matures in wooden barrels, which gives the already dense Primitivo fruit pulp structure and length. In the glass, it shows an almost impenetrable dark red. The nose opens with blackberry and plum, plus dried figs and a hint of cedar wood.
