Rüdesheim Estate Riesling dry QW Rheingau 0.75L

A Riesling that brings the classicism of the Rheingau to the point without detours: dry, clearly structured, with the characteristic tension that distinguishes Rüdesheim sites.

Weingut Georg Breuer is one of the defining names of the Rheingau. The winery has significantly contributed to making dry Rheingau Riesling internationally known — long before the stylistic principle became fashionable. The Rüdesheim sites lie on weathered quartzite and Taunus slate, which gives the wines a mineral basic tension that no vinification can create.

In the glass, luminous yellow with green reflections. On the nose, red apple, citrus zest, and a hint of fresh herbs. On the palate, the typical Rheingau acidity shows: present but without sharpness, carried by ripe fruit and a salty-mineral finish.

Pairs well with asparagus with hollandaise sauce, fried zander, or a young goat cheese. Serving temperature: 10–12 °C.

Weingut Georg Breuer

Georg Breuer Winery from Rüdesheim – Rieslings you won't forget. Clear, precise, full of character. The steep slopes of the Schlossberg hill, with terraces of up to 65 percent incline, are no place for machines. Here, handwork, experience, and a good intuition are what count. Only the best grapes make it into the bottle – the rest stay out. That's a principle, not a promise. In the glass: mandarin peel, red apple, white peach. Slender, vibrant, straightforward. And a special detail: Every year, an artist designs the label for the Schlossberg wine. An invitation to take a closer look – at the bottle and at what's inside.
