Georg Breuer Brut - with vintage - Winzersekt b.A. - traditional bottle fermentation 0.75L
A Winzersekt from the Rheingau that shows what traditional bottle fermentation means in the hands of a renowned Riesling house. Georg Breuer has stood for decades for precise, age-worthy wines from the Große Lagen around Rüdesheim and Rauenthal — this sparkling wine bears the same signature.
The Brut is produced according to traditional bottle fermentation, which ensures fine, long-lasting perlage and significantly more complex aromatics than simple tank fermentation. In the glass, it shows bright citrus notes, a hint of white flowers, and the typical mineral freshness that the Rheingau slate soil imparts. The finish is dry, taut, and clear.
It is best served well-chilled at 7–9 °C — as an aperitif, with crayfish, fine smoked salmon, or a light goat cheese. Those who value origin and artisanal vinification will find a sparkling wine with real character here instead of mass-produced goods.

Georg Breuer Winery from Rüdesheim – Rieslings you won't forget. Clear, precise, full of character. The steep slopes of the Schlossberg hill, with terraces of up to 65 percent incline, are no place for machines. Here, handwork, experience, and a good intuition are what count. Only the best grapes make it into the bottle – the rest stay out. That's a principle, not a promise. In the glass: mandarin peel, red apple, white peach. Slender, vibrant, straightforward. And a special detail: Every year, an artist designs the label for the Schlossberg wine. An invitation to take a closer look – at the bottle and at what's inside.
