The Magno Megonio presents itself in a rich, deep purple with a garnet-red shimmer. In the nose, there are overwhelming fragrance nuances of tobacco, black berries and vanilla, plus fine red fruits and spices.
The Magno Megonio Val di Neto shows itself heavy and velvety in taste, with an abundance of the finest aromas, integrated into a warm coat of berries, tobacco, wood and foliage. The tannin is combined with a playful fruit sweetness and is therefore hardly perceptible.
The refinement takes place in the barrique barrel for 6 months in the cellars of the Azienda Rosaneti in Agro di Rocca di Neto/Casabona.

Full wine, barely perceptible tannins
Great red wine that is very dense and powerful - but has hardly any tannins. Very pleasant in the mouth!
The Winery
Librandi – the soul of Calabria for over seven decades. Founded in 1950 by brothers Antonio and Nicodemo Librandi in Cirò Marina, the winery is now managed in the fourth generation.
360 hectares between the Ionian Sea and the Sila Mountains, 232 of which are vineyards. Limestone-clay soils, Mediterranean microclimate – ideal conditions for autochthonous varieties like Gaglioppo and Greco Bianco. 2.5 million bottles annually, export to 35 countries.
Pioneer of Calabrian quality wine production and multiple award-winner (Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri). The symbol: the agave – for sun, warmth, Mediterranean light.
