Gravello Val di Neto

A full, dark ruby red with purple reflections. The aroma is dominated by soft spices such as sandalwood, vanilla, and cardamom. These are complemented by subtle fruit aromas of ripe plums, a touch of honey, and balsamic notes. On the palate, the Gravello Val di Neto Rosso is incredibly soft and smooth, concentrated and full-bodied; the finish leaves a delicate cherry note, a hint of vanilla, and tobacco. The tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon are very well balanced by the soft, velvety Gaglioppo grape. Bibenda: 5 stars. Gambero Rosso 2020: 2 red glasses for the 2017 vintage.
