Le Morette Serai Bianco Veronese
Serai Bianco is a special cuvée made from selected white wine grapes, reflecting a great harmony between aromatic intensity and pleasantness on the palate. With a pale yellow, bright color and hints of green, the wine is characterized by a floral and fruity bouquet reminiscent of apples, pears, and apricots, with a light touch of gooseberries.
On the palate, it presents itself as intensely aromatic with great richness and elegance, combined with a fresh and lively acidity. Serai Bianco unites the best of Veronese grape varieties, with a primary proportion of Turbiana, Pinot Bianco, and Chardonnay.

Valerio Zenato's Le Morette winery is located on the southern shore of Lake Garda, on the narrow strip of land leading to Lake Frassino. The region's unique soil characteristics were formed after the last Ice Age, approximately 10,000 years ago, by the glacial movement of Lake Garda, resulting in a high clay and salt content. This creates an exceptional microclimate, particularly well-suited to grape and olive cultivation. The result is a range of first-class, varietal wines that rank among the best in the Lake Garda region.
