Le Morette Olive Oil - Garda DOP Extra Virgin 250ml

The production process takes place immediately after harvesting at Madonna delle Vittorie's own olive mill. Short supply chains and an optimized production process using modern machinery result in this high-quality olive oil. With its vibrant green color and golden highlights, it offers flavors of artichokes, pine nuts, ripe tomatoes, and almonds. It complements all dishes, but its distinctive aroma is particularly pronounced in salads. Le Morette Extra Virgin Olive Oil completes the diverse range of products from the Valerio Zenato farm. This cold-pressed, first-press oil, made exclusively from select olives, is especially prized for its easy digestibility. Its delicate bouquet and fruity flavor make it particularly recommended for Mediterranean cuisine. Centuries of experience, meticulous processing, and an exceptionally mild climate guarantee the highest quality.

Valerio Zenato

Valerio Zenato's Le Morette winery is located on the southern shore of Lake Garda, on the narrow strip of land leading to Lake Frassino. The region's unique soil characteristics were formed after the last Ice Age, approximately 10,000 years ago, by the glacial movement of Lake Garda, resulting in a high clay and salt content. This creates an exceptional microclimate, particularly well-suited to grape and olive cultivation. The result is a range of first-class, varietal wines that rank among the best in the Lake Garda region.
