Rosa Chiara Vino da Tavola

La Scolca 's Rosa Chiara is a Rosato that immediately captivates – uncomplicated, charming and with a lightness that is rarely found.

In the glass, it displays a vibrant color somewhere between strawberry and coral, whetting the appetite even before the first sip. The nose unfolds delicate aromas of orange blossom and rosehip – floral, fresh, and inviting. On the palate, it delivers exactly what the nose promises: a harmonious, smooth taste without any harshness, with a pleasant freshness that makes it a true all-rounder.

La Scolca is a traditional winery in the Gavi region of Piedmont – known for precision and a refined sense of elegance. This Rosato bears this signature in a relaxed way.

The best way to drink it is:

  • well chilled, between 8 and 10 degrees
  • with light summer dishes, antipasti or grilled fish
  • as an uncomplicated aperitivo outdoors
  • or just like that – without any particular occasion

If you're looking for a rosé that doesn't stand out but simply pleases, this is the right place for you.

La Scolca

La Scolca is an Italian winery from the Piedmont region. Founded around 1919 by the Soldati family, it is now in its fifth generation, managed by Giorgio Soldati and his daughter Chiara Soldati. The winery's vineyards are located just a few kilometers from the sea, benefiting from ideal temperature conditions. The soils are characterized by limestone and clay, as well as a high iron content. La Scolca cultivates grape varieties such as Cortese, Cortese di Gavi, and Pinot Noir on its 50 hectares of vineyards.
