Johann Topf Brut Reserve is an exquisite product originating from the Strasser vineyards. This sparkling wine is made from one-third grapes from the Stangl vineyard, with Pinot Noir responsible for its delicate fruitiness. The remaining two-thirds consist of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Grüner Veltliner, harvested in early September from the Hasel vineyard. After careful fermentation and aging on the lees for one year, the final fermentation takes place in the bottle. Only after 36 months of aging in the 12-meter-deep cellar is this noble Brut Reserve disgorged.
