Spring Cookies Riesling Grand Cru

Of the two Grand Cru wines from the Schönleber estate, the Frühlingsplätzchen is consistently the more fragrant and lighter. The Riesling reveals itself at its finest and most elegant, yet simultaneously surprisingly deep and complex. Aromas of smoke and minerality, blossoms and citrus fruits, peaches and rosehips characterize the bouquet. Particularly impressive is the tension on the palate, created by the vibrant acidity. The combination of acidity, minerality, bright fruit, and fine phenolics lends the wine a crisp freshness, richness, and impressive length.
