Feudo Arancio Rosato Sicilia DOC

Feudo Arancio Rosato Sicilia DOC
An uncomplicated Sicilian wine for warm evenings: fresh, fruity, with the sun-drenched lightness that characterizes the island.
Feudo Arancio cultivates around 500 hectares in southwestern Sicily, between Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia. The combination of limestone-clay soils, dry summers, and cool sea breezes from the Mediterranean results in grapes with natural ripeness and preserved acidity. The Rosato is based on Nero d'Avola , the island's classic red wine grape – vinified as a rosé, it reveals its more delicate side.
In the glass, it shines a bright salmon pink. The nose offers fresh raspberry, a hint of pomegranate, and white peach. On the palate, it's light-bodied with crisp acidity, subtle minerality, and a clean, short finish. No oak aging, no weight – that's intentional, not a flaw.
- Food: Grilled calamari, Caprese salad, light pasta al pomodoro, or simply an evening on the terrace with olives and focaccia.
- Temperature: 8–10 °C
- Drinking window: Drink now, no storage potential
