Ferrari Rosé Trentodoc - 0.375L

A sparkling wine from the Alps: The Ferrari Rosé Trentodoc is produced using the classic bottle fermentation method in Trentino – the same method as Champagne, but with its own alpine signature.

The Ferrari winery is among the pioneers of the Trentodoc. Since 1902, the founding Lunelli family and their successors have been producing sparkling wines from high-altitude vineyards at the foot of the Dolomites. The cool nights, the calcareous soil, and the pronounced thermal effects of the mountain slopes give the wines a natural freshness and acidity that can easily compete with those of Burgundy.

In the glass, the rosé shines a clear, antique rose color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of hawthorn, blackcurrant, and wild strawberry. On the palate, it is dry and crisp, with an elegant body and a long finish reminiscent of sweet almonds and red berries.

Serving suggestion: Well chilled at 6–8 °C – as an aperitif, with light salmon carpaccio, or with strawberries and cream desserts. The 0.375-liter bottle is ideal for two glasses – a lovely introduction or a personal portion for special moments.
