Domaine Tropez rose
Domaine Tropez Rosé is a classic Provence rosé from Gassin, near Saint-Tropez, where the winery has been cultivating grapes on approximately 50 hectares of sandy schist soils since 1996. The blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah embodies the typical, elegant style of the Côtes de Provence: pale in color, fresh, and with a clear, fruity character. The grapes are harvested at night to optimally preserve freshness and aromas, then gently pressed and fermented under temperature control.
In the glass, it displays a delicate pale pink color with salmon-colored reflections . The nose unfolds seductive summer aromas of white peach, grapefruit, exotic fruits, and subtle floral notes . On the palate, the wine is silky, fruity, and elegant, with a pleasantly fresh, crisp acidity and a fine minerality that lends it tension and length. The finish is harmonious, rounded, and fruity-fresh, with a slight saline note reminiscent of the maritime climate of Provence.
Served at 8–10 °C, Domaine Tropez Rosé is an ideal accompaniment to seafood, langoustines, oysters, grilled fish, light poultry dishes with Provençal vegetables, or simply as a stylish aperitif while enjoying the terrace. A rosé that effortlessly captures the spirit of Saint-Tropez in your glass.

Domaine Tropez is a personal story: In 1996, at the age of 25, Grégoire Chaix took over his grandfather Tropez Beraud's vineyards on the Saint-Tropez peninsula – and named the winery as a tribute to him. On approximately 40 hectares, divided into about 40 individual parcels between Ramatuelle, Gassin, and La Croix Valmer, wines are produced that embody the best of the Côtes de Provence: Mediterranean warmth, proximity to the sea, and clay-limestone soils. Chaix cultivates without herbicides or chemical fertilizers, harvests the grapes by hand, and consistently uses screw caps to ensure the freshness of his wines. An independent winemaker with a distinct style.
