Domaine Tariquet Chardonnay

Domaine Tariquet Chardonnay
The Les Séducteurs Chardonnay from Domaine Tariquet in Gascony, southern France, impressively demonstrates what partial barrique aging can achieve: elegance without heaviness, wood in the service of the fruit.
On the nose, it combines floral notes with fresh butter and delicate vanilla aromas – inviting and complex at the same time. On the palate, it is fresh and robust , with a rounded, well-integrated structure and a pleasantly long finish with notes of toasted bread. The subtle vanilla nuances from the oak enhance the aromatic richness without masking the natural vibrancy of the Chardonnay.
A white Burgundy type from the south of France – ideal with poultry, creamy pasta dishes or mature cheese .

Domaine Tariquet – a French winery in the southwest, between Toulouse and the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park. Founded in 1912 by Hélène and Pierre Grassa, it is now run by the fifth generation. Over 1,100 hectares of vineyards, a variable climate with cool nights, and fertile soils – ideal conditions for aromatic wines. What makes Tariquet special? The courage to combine grape varieties previously considered incompatible – Chardonnay with Sauvignon Blanc, for example. Syrah, Merlot, Tannat – over 10 million bottles full of character are produced here every year.
