Chateau Roubine La Vie en Rose

Chateau Roubine La Vie en Rose
A rosé wine from Provence that doesn't skimp on clichés – and yet delivers on them: fresh, aromatic, with real backbone.
Château Roubine lies in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, nestled within a nature reserve east of Draguignan. Night harvesting ensures low harvest temperatures – a crucial step to preserve the grapes' aromas and ensure a clean subsequent cold fermentation.
In the glass, La Vie en Rose displays a pale salmon pink hue. The nose offers Mediterranean herbs, lavender, and white blossoms, underpinned by notes of strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is light and rounded, with a velvety texture and good length – not a fleeting summer wine, but a rosé with noticeable structure and pleasantly fresh acidity on the finish.
