Château Roubine Hippy by Roubine

Château Roubine Hippy by Roubine
A rosé for sunny hours – fresh, lively and with a clear fruitiness that immediately makes you want another sip.
Château Roubine is located in Provence, near Saint-Tropez, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence. Winemaker Valérie Rousselle runs the estate and has created Hippy by Roubine , a wine that is intentionally light and approachable – named after the free spirit of the Yé-yé years, the bohemian lifestyle of the early sixties.
In the glass, it displays a pale salmon pink. The nose offers aromas of grapefruit and lime, along with ripe white peach. On the palate, it remains light and juicy, with lively acidity and a short, dry finish. Not a complex wine for aging – but a rosé that delivers exactly what it promises: freshness and drinkability.
- Food: Grilled fish, goat cheese salad, light pasta with tomatoes, or simply on its own as an aperitif
