Care Garnacha Blanco Nativa

Care Garnacha Blanco Nativa
Garnacha Blanca is a rare find on the white wine shelf – and that's precisely what makes this Care Nativa so interesting. Bodegas Añadas vinifies it in the Aragonese DO Cariñena, one of Spain's oldest wine-growing regions, from indigenous Garnacha Blanca vines rooted in barren, calcareous soil, which develop their aromatic profile thanks to the continental climate with its hot days and cool nights.
In the glass, it is juicy and vibrant: ripe white peach and pear fruit, a hint of floral aroma, and a lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh and easy to drink. The finish is medium-long, slightly mineral, and without heaviness.
- Food: Tapas, grilled seafood, white fish casserole or young Manchego cheese
- Temperature: 10–12 °C
- Drinking window: Drink now, not a long-term storage candidate.
An uncomplicated summer wine for the evening on the terrace – and a good opportunity to get to know an unjustly rare white grape variety from Spain.
