Bürklin-Wolf Riesling dry

The Bürklin-Wolf dry Riesling from the Dr. Bürklin-Wolf winery is a classic example of what the Palatinate region has to offer in terms of white wine – and that's quite a lot. Anyone who loves German Riesling, or is just discovering it, will find here a reliable, characterful companion for everyday enjoyment as well as for fine dining.

In the glass, it displays a delicate aroma of apricot and melon , accompanied by the lively acidity typical of Riesling – here ripe and well-integrated, neither sharp nor restless. Fruit, acidity, and alcohol combine to form a harmonious whole, making the wine approachable without sacrificing its character. The aromatics are clear and refined, the texture on the palate pleasantly fresh.

This Riesling is a true all-rounder at the table : It pairs wonderfully with asparagus – classically, seasonally, with hollandaise sauce, or simply with melted butter. It also holds its own beautifully alongside fish dishes, light poultry, mildly spicy Asian cuisine, or a relaxed evening with good cheese. Serving it well chilled at around 10 to 12 degrees Celsius best brings out its freshness.
