BRUNO Pinot Blanc Magnum

BRUNO Pinot Blanc Magnum
Pinot Blanc from the Ruwer Valley – light, juicy, and with enough structure for the table. The BRUNO line from Karthäuserhof stands for uncomplicated drinking pleasure without compromises on origin.
The Karthäuserhof in Eitelsbach on the Ruwer, a tributary of the Mosel, is one of the most traditional wineries in the region – the history of the estate goes back to the 14th century. The climate in the narrow Ruwer valley is cooler than on the Mosel, which gives the wines a distinct freshness and lively acidity.
In the glass, this Pinot Blanc shows aromas of ripe nectarine and white peach, underscored by a hint of citrus peel. The palate is juicy with medium body, the acidity remains present without stinging, the finish fresh and clean. The magnum bottle ensures slower aging – ideal if you open it for a dinner with several guests.
Drinking temperature: 10–12 °C. Pairs with goat cheese salads, grilled sea bass, pasta with lemon butter, or a Neapolitan Margherita.
