Black Stallion is located in the Oakville sub-region, one of the most sought-after growing areas in the Napa Valley. Volcanic rock and alluvial deposits ensure deep-rooted vines and concentrated fruit — the foundation for Cabernet Sauvignon with real depth. The Transcendent is the house's most ambitious selection and shows what Oakville soils can achieve.

Dense ruby red in the glass. The nose opens with blackcurrant, ripe plums, and a hint of graphite. On the palate, cedarwood, dark chocolate, and tobacco are added — carried by velvety tannins and well-integrated oak. The finish is long, warm, and spicy.

Pairs with dry-aged ribeye, lamb shank with rosemary, or aged cheddar. Drinking temperature: 17–19 °C — if you like, let it open in the decanter for 30 minutes beforehand.
