Appleton Estate Signature Blend Jamaica Rum 40% vol.

An approachable Jamaican rum with real depth: The Appleton Estate Signature Blend combines 15 different rum styles and vintages from one of the oldest rum distilleries in the Caribbean.

Appleton Estate has been cultivating the Nassau Valley in Jamaica for over 270 years. The Signature Blend is the entry point to the estate's range—a blend of pot still and column still rums distilled and aged on the estate. The characteristic Jamaican esters, developed through local yeast traditions, are a common thread running through the entire range.

Amber in the glass. The nose offers aromas of orange peel, dried apricot, and a subtle molasses note. On the palate, it's fruity with peach and a hint of wood spice; the sweetness remains pleasantly balanced. The finish is medium-long, slightly dry, with a touch of vanilla.

Neat at room temperature or with a large scoop of ice – the fruity notes really shine through. It also makes a great base for a Rum Sour or a classic Daiquiri . If you're looking for Jamaican rum character without the harshness, this is the one for you.

Campari

When you think of aperitivo, you think of Campari. Since Gaspare Campari created his bittersweet herbal liqueur in Milan in 1860, the group has stood for the Italian pre-meal ritual – unpretentious, convivial, and unmistakably red. Today, the Campari Group unites over 50 brands under one roof, including Aperol from Padua in the Veneto region, the non-alcoholic Crodino, and the artichoke bitter Cynar. What they all have in common: recipes that have stood the test of time and a keen sense for the perfect moment in the afternoon.
