Product description

Six bottles, one wine, one vineyard: This Value pack contains six bottles of the Kremser Kreuzberg Riesling DAC Reserve from WINZER KREMS eG. Instead of variety, you get depth. A single-vineyard Riesling shows its best when you open it over several evenings and with very different dishes. The Kreuzberg is one of the best-known Riesling vineyards in the Kremstal.

Kremser Kreuzberg Riesling DAC Reserve – WINZER KREMS eG (Austria, Kremstal)
The single vineyard Kreuzberg is located in Krems an der Donau. Loess and primary rock soils made of gneiss and mica schist give this dry Riesling its clear minerality. In the glass, you will find citrus zest and ripe stone fruit aromas, precise and profound rather than broad and fruit-forward. The DAC Reserve designation stands for wines that clearly show their origin. Behind this is WINZER KREMS, one of the largest and most traditional wine cooperatives in Austria with roots in Krems an der Donau and steep slopes in the Kremstal.

Pairs well with: Zander from the Danube, Wiener Schnitzel with a squeeze of lemon, or other dishes with clear, fresh cuisine. Serve the Riesling cool, not ice-cold, so that the minerality and stone fruit can shine in the glass.

Six bottles of the same wine are a sensible supply for anyone who wants to have a reliable white wine for guests and everyday meals at home. In the Value pack, each bottle is cheaper than when bought individually. The pack is suitable as a gift for Riesling fans, for your own cellar, or for anyone who would like to get to know an Austrian terroir thoroughly.
