Weingut Wittmann is a historic, family-owned estate based in Westhofen in the Rheinhessen region of Germany. Producing wine since 1663, the family converted all of their vineyards to organic cultivation in 1990 and subsequently to biodynamic practices in 2004. Highly regarded for its outstanding dry Rieslings, the estate meticulously farms renowned VDP.GROSSE LAGE (Grand Cru) sites including Morstein, Kirchspiel, Brunnenhäuschen, and Aulerde, crafting wines known for their profound limestone-driven minerality, precision, and longevity.
