The Italian winery Collavini is located in Corno di Rosazzo, in the northeast of Italy. The company's history began in 1896 in Rivignano when it was founded by Eugenio Collavini. Since 1966, however, Collavini has been based in Corno di Rosazzo, where it is managed by Manlio Collavini. The family business cultivates a variety of grapes on a total of 170 hectares of vineyards. These include Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and Tocai Friulano.

Collavini is one of the most influential names in Friulian winemaking. Eugenio Collavini founded the company in 1896 in Rivignano – initially as a merchant and processor. Seventy years later, Manlio Collavini moved the business to Corno di Rosazzo , a town in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, whose hills and clay soils offer ideal conditions for aromatically precise white wines.

Today, the family cultivates around 170 hectares of vineyards and focuses on a broad range of grape varieties: Tocai Friulano as the regional flagship variety, along with Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon for the red blends. Their style reflects the ambition to capture the cool freshness of the northeastern Italian climate in the glass – clear fruit, lively acidity, and minimal oak influence.
