Whole Bunch Syrah

A Syrah that shows what whole-bunch processing achieves: more freshness, more structure, more depth in the finish.

The Whole Bunch Syrah is created through the fermentation of unstemmed grapes – a process that is traditional especially in the northern Rhône and gives the wine a characteristic spice and grip. The stems release tannins and aromas during maceration that embed the alcohol and keep the wine fresh despite its power.

In the glass, it shows dark blackberry fruit, black pepper, and olive – the classic Syrah signature – supplemented by a smoky, meaty note and a hint of dried herbs (thyme, lavender). The palate is medium-bodied to full, the tannins firm but not aggressive, the finish long and spicy.
