Whole Bunch Syrah

Whole Bunch Syrah
A Syrah that shows what whole-cluster processing achieves: more freshness, more structure, more depth in the finish.
Whole Bunch Syrah is produced by fermenting undestemmed grapes – a method traditionally used in the Northern Rhône, which imparts a characteristic spiciness and structure to the wine. During maceration, the stems release tannins and aromas that balance the alcohol and keep the wine fresh despite its power.
In the glass, it displays dark blackberry fruit, black pepper, and olive – the classic Syrah signature – complemented by a smoky, meaty note and a hint of dried herbs (thyme, lavender). The palate is medium-bodied to full-bodied, the tannins firm but not aggressive, the finish long and spicy.
