Twist Grappa Il Moscato Monovitigno Clear distillate 41% vol. 0.1L

A grappa from a single grape variety: The Il Moscato from Nonino is made from fresh pomace of the Moscato grape and clearly carries the floral varietal typicality into the glass. The 0.1-liter bottle (twist) is well suited for getting to know it.

Nonino Distillatori from Friuli is considered a pioneer of varietal grappa. The monovitigno concept puts the individual grape variety at the center. Distillation is carried out artisanally and discontinuously in copper stills, with a clean cut of the heads and tails. This keeps the distillate clear and preserves the aroma of the grape.

Floral notes that remind of roses and fine herbs appear in the nose, along with a delicate vanilla nuance. On the palate, the grappa feels clear and elegant, the finish is long. At 41% vol., it remains easily accessible.

Serve it neat at 12 to 16 °C in a tulip glass, for example as the conclusion of a menu or for a convivial evening.
