Grappa Nonino Monovitigno® Il Prosecco is distilled from the pomace of a single grape variety and subsequently aged in barrique. The artisanal, discontinuous distillation in copper stills ensures precise aromas, while the wood aging complements the clear fruit with fine vanilla and roasted notes. On the palate, the distillate is round and balanced with a lingering finish. Let it breathe in the glass briefly before enjoying; served neat at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius, it is a harmonious conclusion to a meal.

What was once considered a rustic pomace brandy drink, Nonino has turned into an elegant world-class spirit. The three sisters Cristina, Antonella and Elisabetta continue the legacy of their parents Giannola and Benito today – and were named the best distillery in the world in 2020. A merit that shows in every detail: from the hand-blown Murano bottles to the aged Gran Riserva.
