Twentysix Weiss

The Twentysix Weiss from Bickel-Stumpf is an aromatically complex white wine from Franconia — floral, fruity and yet surprisingly structured.

The Bickel-Stumpf winery is located in Thüngersheim am Main and is one of Franconia's most reliable wineries. The family cultivates their vineyards with a clear focus on producing varietally typical, precise wines. The Twentysix Weiss is a cuvée that unites the region's aromatic grape varieties into a harmonious whole.

On the nose, the wine opens with aromas of mango, apricot, and banana nectar, underpinned by delicate floral notes—elderflower or acacia. On the palate, it is juicy and vibrant, with noticeable acidity and a firm body that provides good structure. The extract sweetness balances the fruit without making the wine heavy. The finish is long, with lingering notes of stone fruit and pome fruit.

Bickel-Stumpf

VDP Member Estate

Bickel-Stumpf – a small, exquisite family winery from Franconia. Two special vineyard sites, two distinct characters: the Mönchshof in Frickenhausen, situated on barren limestone by the river; and the Rothlauf on the Thüngersheim Johannisberg, on red sandstone. The result? Mönchshof wines: full-bodied, profound, with Burgundian elegance. Rothlauf wines: delicate, straightforward, and memorable. A member of the VDP (Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates), cultivated with respect for nature. Not a mass-produced product, but craftsmanship you can taste.
