Teliani Valley Kindzmarauli

Kindzmarauli is one of Georgia's most renowned vineyards—a narrow valley in the heart of Kakheti, famous for its naturally semi-sweet red wines. Teliani Valley, one of the region's leading wineries, produces this classic in its signature style: dark, aromatic, with a sweetness derived from the grape itself.

Made from the indigenous Saperavi grape variety, this wine displays a deep ruby ​​red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and a hint of plum jam, complemented by floral notes of violet. On the palate, the natural residual sweetness supports the fruit core without feeling heavy: soft tannins and lively acidity maintain the balance. The finish is long and slightly spicy.

Recommendation: Serve well chilled at 14–16 °C. Pairs well with strong blue cheese, lamb skewers with pomegranate, or Georgian churchkhela. Also a delightful dessert wine on its own after a meal.
