Tamnavulin presents their French Cabernet Sauvignon Finish Whisky, a fruit-laden and spicy single malt. This whisky was initially matured in American oak casks and then finished to perfection in French Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks. The result is a silky-smooth Speyside whisky. The first aroma reveals lush floral notes, accompanied by hints of lime marmalade, warming cinnamon, stewed pears, and marzipan. The taste unfolds like a firework display on the tongue with juicy nectarines, plums, wild berries, gingerbread, and warm banana bread. The finish is long and distinctive.
