Eberbach State Winery Mindfully alcohol-free
Drinking alcohol-free without sacrificing the character of wine — that is the promise of the Achtsam line from the Eberbach State Winery.
The Eberbach State Winery is one of the oldest and most renowned wineries in Germany. Its headquarters are located at Eberbach Abbey in the Rheingau region , whose monks were already cultivating wine in the 12th century. Today, the State Winery manages approximately 190 hectares of vineyards in the Rheingau and the Hessian Bergstrasse. The "Mindful" line was developed as a conscious complement for moments when alcohol should play no role—without putting down the wine glass.
In the glass, it presents a bright white wine with a fresh nose: light apple, a touch of citrus peel, and a subtle floral note. On the palate, it is lively, with mild acidity and pleasing fruitiness. The finish is short and clean—typical for alcohol-free wines, where dealcoholization makes the texture somewhat lighter than in the original.
