Planeta Chardonnay is a pure Chardonnay, boasting all its richness and a clear, golden color. Fermentation and aging take place in French oak barrels, lending the wine grace and power. Its fruity bouquet, with aromas of peach, rose, and dark fig, is complemented by a hint of hazelnut. On the palate, it is rich and rounded. A perfectly balanced white wine with a subtle oak note. The descendants of the Planeta family have now grown up. Around the fortress of Ulmo in southwestern Sicily, where the land has been cultivated for five centuries, the spark ignited new ideas and projects for viticulture. Here, the first vineyard was planted with vines in 1985. Since then, various generations of brothers and sisters, children and grandchildren have worked side by side.
