Plaimont Héritage Saint Mont Blanc

Plaimont Héritage Saint Mont Blanc
Plaimont Héritage Saint Mont Blanc is a white wine from the Saint-Mont appellation in southwestern France – a region known for its indigenous grape varieties and distinctive terroir. Behind this wine is the Plaimont winegrowers' cooperative, which has been working for decades to preserve and reinterpret the old grape varieties of the Piedmont Pyrenees.
In the glass, it reveals itself as fruity and aromatic: peach, ripe pear, and a hint of grapefruit characterize the bouquet, carried by a lively freshness that pleasantly invigorates the finish. The cuvée unites several indigenous grape varieties – including typically Arrufiac, Petit Courbu, and Gros Manseng – into a wine with character, richness, and sheer drinking pleasure.
This wine pairs excellently with:
- grilled fish and seafood
- light poultry dishes and salads with citrus notes
- mild goat cheeses from southwest France
As an uncomplicated companion for the summer or as a discovery for all those who want to drink off the beaten track, the Héritage Saint Mont Blanc is an honest recommendation.
