Pinot Brut Sparkling Wine

A sparkling wine from the Schloss Ortenberg winery in the Ortenau district – one of Germany's warmest wine regions, where Pinot Noir grapes reach their fullest potential. Classically produced as a Brut, with a clear varietal character.

The glass reveals aromas of white peach, ripe pear, and a hint of citrus zest. A subtle yeasty note suggests careful lees aging – the finish is dry, fresh, and characterized by fine minerality. The perlage is fine and persistent.

Serve well chilled at 7–9 °C. Excellent as an aperitif, and equally delicious with salmon canapés, goat cheese crostini, or tarte flambée with crème fraîche. Its dry style is perfect for birthdays and weddings alike.
