Marqués de Cáceres Rosado Rioja DOC

As early as the 1970s, Henri Forner revolutionized winemaking in the Rioja wine region. Today, his daughter Cristina continues to run and develop the winery in her father's spirit. The high quality standards typical of the world's most famous and expensive wines have been successfully applied at Marqués de Cáceres since its inception. The bouquet of the Marqués de Cáceres Rosado displays intense aromas of wild raspberries, blackberries, and ripe cherries, subtly complemented by a delicate hint of cassis. On the palate, it is very juicy and invigorating with a refreshing, light touch of anise and white blossoms, well-balanced acidity, and berry fruit. Marqués de Cáceres

Marqués de Cáceres is one of Rioja's most influential wineries – founded in 1970 by Enrique Forner in Cenicero, Rioja Alta, and shaped from the very beginning by the Bordeaux pioneer Émile Peynaud. Forner broke with the conventions of his time: shorter oak aging, French instead of American oak barrels, more fruit in the glass. Since 2007, Cristina Forner has led the family winery as president – ​​and continues this approach with conviction. Today, the winery manages around 1,200 hectares of vineyards and exports its wines to over 130 countries, without losing the style that made it great.
