La Ninfa Pinot Grigio Grave del Friuli

An uncomplicated Pinot Grigio from Friuli — fresh, aromatic, and suitable for everyday drinking without needing any fuss.

Sacchetto is a family-run winery from the Veneto with long-standing experience in processing northeastern Italian grape varieties. The Grave del Friuli is a DOC zone in western Friuli, characterized by well-aerated gravel soils — grave simply means gravel in Friulian. These soils give the Pinot Grigio its characteristic lightness and clean fruit.

In the glass, the wine shows aromas of mirabelle plum, ripe apple, and a hint of acacia blossom. The finish is mild, with subtle freshness — not a heavyweight, but clearly defined and cleanly vinified.

The Winery

Sacchetto

Sacchetto – an Italian winery in the heart of the Veneto. Founded in the early years of the 20th century by Sisto Sacchetto. In the 1960s, his son Filiberto took over, restructured, and turned it into a competitive company.

What distinguishes Sacchetto? The combination of tradition and modern techniques – for wines of the highest quality. On 65 hectares of land in two growing regions, the Venetian climate and mineral-rich soils ensure optimal growth.

In the range, you will find wines and Proseccos made from Glera, Merlot, Pinot Nero, or Cabernet Sauvignon. Italian lifestyle that you can taste.
