The Winery
Klein Constantia – one of the most significant historical wineries in South Africa. Jan van Riebeeck was the first to bring vines to the Cape; here in the Company Gardens, the first wine was created. The unique location, the climate, the soils – ideal for terroir wines.
Today, Klein Constantia relies on simple winemaking techniques to get the best out of expertly tended vineyards. The result: wines of high quality, characterized by elegance, minerality, and balance.
As a WWF Conservation member, the estate follows the statutes of the World Wildlife Fund. Cape wines with history and attitude.
