The Eins Zwei Zero Rosé Sparkling dry alcohol-free wine presents itself as a further development of rosé wine. Its beautiful bubbles give it a fresh, summery feel and even more drinking pleasure. On the nose, aromas of rhubarb, along with hints of raspberries and rosehips, are revealed. A fine acidity and notes of juicy fruit make it a special experience. The alcohol is removed from the wine via vacuum evaporation at 29°C. This process is particularly gentle on the aromas, allowing them to largely remain in the wine. The base is a wine of estate wine quality.
