The Eins Zwei Zero Riesling Sparkling dry alcohol-free presents itself as very fresh and shows on the nose the typical Riesling aromas of limes and other citrus fruits, but also surprising notes of rhubarb and red apples, as well as a very refreshing mineral component.
For a non-alcoholic sparkling wine, it exhibits a remarkably long finish.
The alcohol is removed from the wine by vacuum evaporation at 29°C. This process is particularly gentle on the aromas, so that they largely remain in the wine.
The base is a wine of estate wine quality.
