Crémant de Loire Blanc de Blancs

Crémant de Loire Blanc de Blancs
Langlois is one of the most renowned Crémant producers in the Loire Valley — founded in 1885 in Saumur, now part of the Bollinger Group. The 2021 Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from white grape varieties, using the traditional method: bottle fermentation followed by at least twelve months of lees aging.
In the glass, lively citrus notes, green apple, subtle minerality — the tuff terroir of Saumurois is evident. Fine, persistent perlage, lively acidity without harshness, dry finish with a slight yeasty note.
A perfect choice as an aperitif — also ideal with oysters, Touraine goat cheese , or grilled river fish. Serving temperature: 7–9 °C. Drink now.
