Champagne Taittinger Brut Prestige Rosé 0.375L Fillette
Color and effervescence: vibrant pink, almost rose, fine, persistent bubbles. Aroma: defined, fresh strawberry, raspberry with a subtle spiciness. Taste: good balance between vibrant fruit, flavorful body and fresh elegance, lingering red berry aromas, charming and harmonious. The Brut Prestige Rosé uses the so-called addition method, meaning that 80% of the cuvée is vinified as white wine and 20% as red wine, which is then added to the white. This process is classic for Champagne and gives the Prestige Rosé its refreshing pink color. The Champagne matured on the lees for at least 3 years.

Champagne Taittinger from Reims is one of the great names of Champagne – a house that has existed since 1734 and received its current name in 1932, when Pierre Taittinger combined his vision with the third oldest Champagne house in history. What distinguishes Taittinger to this day is its consistent approach: Chardonnay is at the heart of every blend, lending the wines their characteristic freshness and finesse. With 288 hectares of its own vineyards in the best locations in Champagne – including Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs – and UNESCO-listed chalk cellars dating back to the 4th century, the Champagne produced here is far more than just a drink: it is the expression of a family business that has preserved its values for generations.
