Taittinger Prélude Grands Crus Bouteille

Taittinger Prélude Grands Crus Bouteille
Equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Champagne – this is the basis of Taittinger's Prélude Grands Crus . Its origin from the best parcels of the appellation shapes its character: a mineral freshness that unfolds into aromas of elderflower, underpinned by delicate cinnamon notes and a hint of white spices.
In the glass, it displays elegance without heaviness – fine, persistent bubbles, a creamy texture, and a long finish with a subtle brioche note. The 50/50 blend brings the fruit depth of Pinot Noir and the minerality of Chardonnay into a harmonious balance. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
Pairs well with scallops in saffron sauce, lobster, or mature Brie de Meaux. Equally convincing as an aperitif before a festive meal or as a starter.
