Champagne Dom Ruinart Rosé

Champagne Dom Ruinart Rosé
Dom Ruinart Rosé 2009 is the prestige cuvée of the oldest still-active Champagne house—founded in Reims in 1729. The blend comprises 85% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, complemented by 15% Pinot Noir as a red wine addition. This results in the characteristic balance: a creamy brioche texture, aromas of red currant, raspberry, and white peach, supported by the typical Chardonnay minerality and fresh acidity. The finish is long and spicy, with a subtle floral note.
Serving temperature 8–10 °C. Pairs well with lobster, scallops with saffron sauce or a mature Brie de Meaux — equally strong as a standalone aperitif for special occasions.
